The Matrix Standard is a quality framework used to assess and measure the quality of the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) we provide. It ensures that IAG is delivered to a high standard to help individuals make informed choices about their careers, learning and life goals.

Cyber Essentials is a government-backed scheme which demonstrates we have put in place the essential security controls to protect against common online threats. Our certification – against five independently verified key controls – validates our commitment to cyber security.

Previously the Education & Skills Funding Agency, our Department for Education (DfE) accreditation means we are officially approved to deliver specific types of training. This ensures we meets standards of quality, curriculum and governance, and that we are held accountable for the quality of the training we provide.

Carbon Neutral Britain

Carbon Neutral Britain is an initiative which helps us to offset our carbon footprint by funding projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, such as tree planting and renewable energy projects. They calculate and certify our carbon neutrality through a range of projects globally and in the UK.
