February 17th each year is Random Acts of Kindness Day; an initiative that encourages us to spread kindness within the workplace and our local communities. For several years, staff and learners here at Crosby Training have been embracing this message not just every year – but every Friday!
Training works better when we all feel connected and, through random acts of kindness, we are all able to contribute to a positive and productive atmosphere.
If you’re struggling to come up with ideas, don’t forget that even the simplest acts of kindness can have a huge impact. Something as simple as offering a colleague a cup of tea can make the difference between a bad morning or a good one. You don’t have to do much to make someone’s day a bit brighter.
