We have been helping people gain skills, qualifications and careers since 1993.
In this time, we have changed the lives of thousands of people from the Liverpool City Region and beyond. We are one of the longest-established and most-trusted independent training providers in the North West and we work hard to ensure that our course venues are always within easy reach of your local community.
Our Goal
We will always go the extra mile to make sure that you benefit from our training. We offer a wide range of courses in a variety of different sectors, all of which are tailor-made to give you the best chance of success. We also provide free image makeovers and a host of other wellbeing support packages through our Happiness Champions. The aim is to keep on moving your journey forward and, with our knowledge and experience, we’re confident this is something we can deliver.
Whether you’re a young person or adult out of work, an employer looking for good people to recruit or a JobCentre Work Coach trying to progress people into jobs they can thrive in, we’ll go above and beyond to provide the training required for success.

Our Courses

We know how hard it can be to join a new training programme, especially if you’re low on confidence or anxious about meeting new people. That’s why we’ll do everything we can to ensure you feel comfortable and safe throughout your time with us. No matter what you’re studying, our expert Tutors and Support Staff will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.
Our Social Values
Alongside our commitment to our learners and partners, we recognise our responsibilities and obligations to the wider community:
Driving Engagement: We support dozens of local and regional events every year. Our participation creates opportunities for disadvantaged groups to improve their well-being, learn new skills and find work or training.
Challenging Inequality: From our commitment to a real living wage to offering work experience opportunities to Year 10 students, we work hard to reduce inequalities in our society.
Providing Opportunities for Everyone: We recognise the unique challenges individuals face and we adapt our training accordingly. We’re currently working with Ukrainian women displaced by war.
Fundraising: Our staff and learners organise charity events to improve our community. Most recently, we have raised funds to purchase a Defibrillator.
Passion: For over 30 years we have developed programmes, initiatives, courses and enterprises which serve the needs and ambitions of our learners.
Reducing our Environmental Impact: Alongside offering a dedicated transport service to clients who need it, we are members of Carbon Neutral Britain to offset our carbon footprint.
Supporting Mental Health: As signatories to the Mindful Employer Charter we are committed to a positive and pro-active approach to the mental well-being of our staff. All of our learners are offered a range of health and well-being sessions. Our health and well-being team are qualified Mental Health First Responders.
Empowering our Community: We support community interest groups such as CiC Willaston Community Farm. By investing in their outdoor team building activities we also support our learners health and well-being.
Innovating at Every Step: Our learners can take advantage of unique initiatives, including a high street salon, pantry, laundry service and minibus pick up. Because we always go the extra mile.
